Safety circuit plug UH36 not wired, for self assembly

3 different safety circuits can be realized by the customer through appropriate wiring:

  • Application with test pistols:
For manual operation of the test system (e.g. with test pistols in accordance with EN 50191 or for maintenance and calibration work), the safety circuit must be equipped with 2 jumpers (PIN 4-5 and PIN 6-7). The safety circuit is closed manually using the "LOCK" button on the front panel of the device.

  • Application with test cage or two hand operator:
For applications with a test cage or two-hand operation (where the test object is changed by hand, for example), the safety circuit must be equipped with 2 NO contacts (pin 2-6 and pin 3-5). The test cage must be opened between tests in order to be able to close the safety circuit again.

  • Application in an automated solution:
For automated operation in fully automatic test systems (e.g. where the test device is fully encapsulated and the safety guard is only opened for servicing), the safety circuit must be equipped with 2 NO contacts / jumpers (pins 1-6 and pins 5-8). The safety circuit closes automatically when the protective device is closed or when the safety circuit plug is plugged in after the test system is switched on.
