The MATRIX-CARD in the standard cassette format multiplies the measurement outputs to the desired number of test points. The matrix enables automated testing of all measurement points according to a predefined test plan. Any number of MATRIX CARDs can be cascaded to achieve the desired number of test points.

Extension module consisting of:

• 1 MATRIX-CARD with 8 outlets, each point against each other
• Test points can be switched individually or in groups
• Each pole in 2 pole technology (Source- and Sense-Path)
• Test voltage up to max.3.000 V AC / 4.200 V DC
• Test current up to max. 25 A (max. 60 s on, 90 s off), or up to max. 16 A (permanent load)1 MATRIX-CARD

HV-Relays will be controlled by the test device over CAN-bus. The desired relay combination is part of a testplan and can be defined separately within test steps in the DataView software or by driver

The cassettes must be ordered together with a MATRIX-CARD basic module or ordered separately for customer installation (for example, in a cabinet). The basic module defines the installation location, e.g. In the table housing, in the cabinet or in a test cage.
