Adapter for testing a test system with the following test types:

• HV test: trip current approx. 1 mA at 1 000 V AC
• ISO test: resistance approx. 1 MOhm at 500 V DC
• PE test: resistance approx. 100 mOhm
• Function test: 0,5 A at 230 V AC
• Discharge current: 230 µA at 230 V A

Application and function:

• Regular channeling-in instead of a test object
• Proof of proper functioning of the test system
• Cables or circuits subsequent to the function of the test adapter will not be included into the test sequence
• Automtic test sequence controlled by the test system via interface
• Including dummy test plan with automatic testing of good and bad results

Contacting:

• The adapter is permanently integrated into the supply lines to the test object

Input side with permanently installed cables:

• HV1/L1: HVK06C cable with HVP06C plug
• HV1/L2: HVK06N cable with HVP06N plug
• PEX: HVK06C cable with HVP06C plug
• PEP7: PE test lead, 7-pole
• The cables have a length of approx. 1 m

Output side:

• HV1/L1: HV socket HVS06C
• HV1/L2: HV socket HVS06N
• PEX: HV socket HVS06C
• PEP7: socket, 7-pole
